Handled litigation involving contract disputes, federal civil rights actions and litigation involving permitting issues and governmental approvals. Responsible for labor relations and contract negotiations. Developed personnel policies and procedures. Prepared and reviewed bid specifications for capital purchases. Chief legal counsel to the Borough of Audubon. Responsibilities include labor relations, litigation, preparation of specifications for capital projects and purchases, review of grant applications for redevelopment zones and general legal counsel.
